You cross the property and are directly on the beach! In front of the property is a piece of free beach where you can bring your parasol and towels. In the summer months you can choose between the many lidos if you want to rent a parasol and sunbeds.
\nYou can easily walk to Tropea<\/strong>. There are several staircases leading to the picturesque old town of this pretty seaside town! The train station is also about 15 – 20 minutes away on foot! So in this flat you can do without a car or use it only for excursions!<\/p>\n<\/div>Accommodation<\/h4><\/a><\/li><\/ul><\/div>\nThe flat is located on the first floor of Pino Simonelli’s parents’ house and is perfect for a beach holiday because of its location directly on the sea. You cross the garden and are directly on the Lungomare of Tropea and on a piece of free beach, where you can set up your own sun lounger and parasol. The flat is spacious with an inviting kitchen and open dining room in the entrance area. There are a total of 6 sleeping places in double beds in 3 separate bedrooms. The kitchen has a fridge with freezer compartment, gas cooker (4 burners), microwave\/oven and colour TV with satellite reception. The large terrace is partly covered by a beautiful wooden portico, so that you can enjoy both shade and protection from the rain, should this be the case. You can access the terrace through the kitchen and one of the bedrooms. You have a wonderful view of the sea. The flat owners attach great importance to the maintenance of their flat. At the beginning of each season the flat is painted, in 2019 the shower has been rebuilt so that you now have much more space behind a modern glass wall. The beds and mattresses are also new from 2019.<\/div>\n<\/div>Prices<\/h4><\/a><\/li><\/ul><\/div>\nThe prices are per week. Occupancy from Saturday to Saturday is desirable but not essential. The price includes water, electricity and gas consumption. The final cleaning of \u20ac 50,00 is to be paid additionally. Aircondition: You can use it on request and pay \u20ac 70,00 per week for the usage costs. For environmental and cost reasons, you are requested to switch it on only when you are staying in the flat.<\/p>\n
As initial equipment you are welcome to obtain towels (dishes and bathroom) and bed linen for \u20ac 20.00 per person. If you wish to change the linen on site, you will be charged \u20ac 10,00 per person.<\/p>\n
