It is tucked away and accessible only via a small dirt road along the steep coastline below the charming little village of Coccorino. Slightly further inland, there is a second private property with a house, but it is far enough away to ensure privacy.<\/p>\n
You can drive to the small beach and lungomare<\/em> of Coccorino or walk there in about 20 minutes. The return uphill, especially during hot summer days, takes a bit longer. Coccorino has a small general store where you can buy everything you need for daily life and a pharmacy. For larger purchases, head to the nearby village of San Nicolo di Ricadi.
