The flat is located on the first floor of Pino Simonelli’s parents’ house and is perfect for a beach holiday because of its location directly on the sea. You cross the garden and are directly on the Lungomare of Tropea and on a piece of free beach, where you can set up your own sun lounger and parasol. The flat is spacious with an inviting kitchen and open dining room in the entrance area. There are a total of 6 sleeping places in double beds in 3 separate bedrooms. The kitchen has a fridge with freezer compartment, gas cooker (4 burners), microwave/oven and colour TV with satellite reception. The large terrace is partly covered by a beautiful wooden portico, so that you can enjoy both shade and protection from the rain, should this be the case. You can access the terrace through the kitchen and one of the bedrooms. You have a wonderful view of the sea. The flat owners attach great importance to the maintenance of their flat. At the beginning of each season the flat is painted, in 2019 the shower has been rebuilt so that you now have much more space behind a modern glass wall. The beds and mattresses are also new from 2019.
