You can’t stay closer to the sea! Casa delle Galee is located in the picturesque fishing village of Chianalea in Scilla, in the far south of Calabria. This sleepy little village only fills with tourists from all over the world during the high season (August), which can feel too crowded for most of my travelers. Luckily, Casa delle Galee is central yet tucked away, allowing you to enjoy your vacation year-round as if you were on your own private island!
Casa delle Galee is unique due to its spectacular location. The house is lovingly decorated and features a beautiful living area with an open kitchen and windows overlooking the sea. A staircase leads to two bedrooms. The house is comfortably furnished and boasts a large terrace with plenty of seating! A small staircase provides direct access to the rocks by the sea. For those who prefer sand, a small beach is just 200 meters away.
Enjoy an aperitivo at Casa della Vela in Chianalea or visit Cesare Billi, directly across from Casa della Vela, at his charming boutique APOI, which offers beautiful handmade clothing!
