Casa Elide und Casa Dependance

Two beautiful country houses in Mediterranean style in palm garden and with sea view. Casa Elide and the Dependance are located between the villages of Ciramiti and Brattiro and offer you an ideal place to relax, surrounded by beautiful nature and with a view of the sparkling sea 5 km away.

Location

Ciaramiti is a breathtakingly pretty village nestling on a steep slope. From here you have one of the most beautiful views of the coast and the Strait of Messina. On a clear day you can see Etna! Up here, even in summer, there is usually a gentle breeze and it is easy to start walking directly on dirt roads through the countryside!

Houses

The large property includes the main house with separate entrance and garden area, which is occupied by the friendly owner couple from Genoa during the summer months, the Casa Elide and the Dependance. All three domiciles are surrounded by a spacious garden with well-kept lawns, palm trees and many other Mediterranean trees and plants and are situated separately so that each area can enjoy its privacy.

Casa Elide has a large, light-filled living area, comfortably furnished with a sofa (sleeping two more on request), a coffee table, a large dining table and a pretty antique sideboard. For cooler days in spring or autumn, there is a wood-burning stove to provide cosy warmth. Large French doors open directly onto the terrace and garden. The kitchen is openly adjacent to the living area with a hatch and has large work surfaces with tiles exuding southern flair and a dishwasher. A small hallway leads to the double bedroom, shower room and a walk-in dressing room. The house is lovingly furnished with modern and antique pieces of furniture and has a satellite TV system. There is air-conditioning, which can be used on particularly hot or cold days if guests wish (see costs). A fold-out sofa chair is available, which can be used as a sleeping place for another person.

The dependance is slightly offset and can be used separately or rented as required (please ask for a special price if both holiday homes are occupied at the same time). The dependance has a living area with kitchenette, a bedroom with two single beds and a bedroom with a double bed, shower room and a pretty outdoor area with table, benches and garden. Here, too, the owner has paid loving attention to detail, so that you can immediately feel at home.

All guests of Casa Elide and the Dependance have access to a pizza oven and a washing machine for communal use.

The location of the property 5 km above Tropea on the green hills of the hinterland gives you pleasant temperatures even in the hot and crowded high season and above all a holiday far from mass tourism.

The owners are very fond of animals, so you are welcome to bring your four-legged friend on request.
