The property includes a private beach, accessible via approximately 300 steps—otherwise only reachable by boat! This guarantees fantastic privacy, even during the high season!
I met Antonia and her husband Philipp in the most wonderful way—they took in and cared for two puppies I found in the woods near Serra San Bruno at the end of October 2020. The puppies stayed with them until December 2020, when they traveled to Freiburg, where they found loving families. A heartwarming story that has created a special bond between us!
The location of these holiday homes is uniquely beautiful! Sea views stretching to the Aeolian Islands—a little paradise at Capo Vaticano! Tropea is about a 25-minute drive away, but most of my guests choose to stay on the property because it’s so stunning.
There are 8 holiday homes in total, with only one offering two bedrooms. All the other houses have one bedroom, a living area (often with an open kitchen), and a bathroom. Each house has its own lovely outdoor space, allowing you to enjoy your vacation in true southern Italian style under the open sky. I’m curious to see which house you’ll fall in love with! I’m happy to help you choose the one that suits you best.
Antonia and Philipp spent many years running restaurants around the world, as Philipp is an excellent chef! On request, they can cook for you—a multi-course menu (including a fish-only option). It’s sure to be an unforgettable experience during your vacation! Feel free to reach out, and I’ll arrange this special treat for you, or you can organize it spontaneously on-site.
Prices are per week, but shorter stays are possible (minimum 5 nights).
