The stylish country house, originally owned by Baron Leopoldo Del Balzo Squillacioti, was built in 1890. In 2015, the house was converted by its new owner, an architect, into an oasis for your holiday on the Ionian coast. In 2020, the family spent the months of the first lockdown in this house, so the furnishings are far above the standard of a regular holiday home. The lockdown has also resulted in a fantastic pool, so you can relax wonderfully on the property surrounded by the most beautiful nature. The house is surrounded by a beautiful, fenced garden and has a covered portico. There is also a barbecue for guests to use. You can drive through olive and orange groves to the sea in just 5 minutes along a small country road. The house is ideal for a holiday to relax in nature, close to the sea and there are many exciting places for excursions in the surrounding area.

A visit to Sofia and Raffaele from Avamposto Agricolo Autonomo, a wonderful initiative. They offer hikes with donkeys, contact with animals and much more, with the idea of preserving the traditions of this area and ensuring that the traditions of old paths, for example, are not forgotten.
