Luxury vacation in two brand-new twin houses with a pool, surrounded by a well-kept garden with sea views!
Enjoy a vacation near Tropea, in the green hills, with a breathtaking view of the landscape stretching all the way to the sea.
When I drove through the Tropea area in 2021 during the pandemic, these two newly emerging houses immediately caught my eye from afar. I thought, “What a perfect location,” and I am now thrilled to offer these fantastic bungalow-style houses in my repertoire for you.
The two single-story buildings are surrounded by a meticulously maintained garden. The property is spacious, and slightly below the houses, there is a lovely communal pool with a pergola, ping-pong table, foosball table, Wi-Fi, and plenty of hammocks and loungers to relax under the pine trees.
Starting in summer 2025, the pool will also be used by up to four additional guests from two tiny houses currently being added to the lower part of the property. This sustainable approach allows more guests to enjoy the pool while conserving resources.
Each of the two identical houses features two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Additionally, a comfortable sofa bed in the living room provides two more sleeping spaces, allowing each house to accommodate up to six people.
The kitchen is functional and modern, and all the rooms have sliding glass doors that open onto the garden, enabling you to embrace the Southern lifestyle of primarily living outdoors. Each house has a beautiful rooftop terrace, accessible via an external staircase. From here, you can enjoy truly spectacular sea views and magical evenings with a glass of wine! The bright living room includes a TV with Netflix (in Italian).
Behind the two houses is a barbecue area.
Each house can be rented separately, but a small discount is offered if both houses are booked together—tailored to your specific needs. For larger groups (2 x 6 people and 2 x 2 people), the two tiny houses can also be rented on request.
One of the most beautiful beaches on the Costa degli Dei is undoubtedly “Spiaggia di Riaci.” With crystal-clear water, fine sand, and rocks perfect for snorkeling, this beach is just 3 km from your accommodation!
