In the newly built twin bungalows, located next to each other, there are two apartments each: a smaller one for 2 people and a larger one with space for up to 4 people. Each apartment has plenty of private outdoor space for dining and relaxing on sun loungers, so you can spend lots of time under the open sky during your holiday.

The smaller apartments feature a light-flooded dining area with a modern kitchenette and direct garden access through the glass façade, a generously sized bedroom, and an elegant bathroom. There is a seating and dining area next to and in front of your holiday apartment, and sun loungers are provided for your private use.

The larger apartment has a kitchen area, slightly offset and open to the living-dining room. The large glass façade fills the room with light and offers a beautiful view of the property and the landscape with the sea on the horizon. In the living room there is a dining table and a sofa, which can be used as a sofa bed to provide 2 additional sleeping places. At the back of the apartment you will find the bedroom and the modern shower room with WC and bidet. From the bedroom, a sliding door gives you access to the rear garden.

Plenty of privacy for a holiday with friends or families with grandparents! Rent two units (one bungalow) together!

The property is spacious, and since summer 2025 there has been a pool located slightly below and at a good distance from the bungalows. By the pool there is a cozy seating area, hammocks, and loungers. By summer 2026, a covered pergola area will be added to provide shade in the summer months. The garden of the property is very well maintained and lovingly planted.

One of my favorite beaches is at Torre Marino, a few kilometers past Santa Domenica. The beach is constantly changing: some weeks it is narrow and pebbly, at other times wide and sandy. This change is not in our hands, but in those of the sea. Right on the beach you will find the lovely restaurant “Punto Ristoro Torre Serena,” and you can also park there directly (approx. €5–10 in high season, July & August), usually free of charge in the low season. I enjoy this spot for lunch, an aperitivo, or in summer also for dinner – away from the hustle and bustle.

Depending on the unit:

• Small apartment for 2 people: from €130.00 to €302.00 per night
• Large apartment for 2 to 4 people: from €143.00 to €332.00 per night

Minimum stay: 5 nights (in low season also 3 nights possible)
